Slow Cooker Pork
Delicious Pork Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
3 lb pork shoulder
1 onion chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chicken stock
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS: Season the pork shoulder with salt and pepper. Place the pork shoulder, onion, and garlic in a slow cooker. Pour the chicken broth and barbecue sauce over the pork. Cook on low for 8-10 hours, or until the pork is tender and falls apart easily. Shred the pork with two forks, and serve on buns with extra barbecue sauce.
