Mozzarella Salad
Enjoy Italian Taste
INGREDIENTS:
8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
2 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS: Arrange the sliced mozzarella cheese and sliced tomatoes on a large platter or individual serving plates. Sprinkle torn fresh basil leaves over the top of the mozzarella and tomato slices. In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, extra-virgin olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle the dressing over the top of the salad. Serve immediately and enjoy!
