Honey Mustard Pork Chops
Pork With Mustard Sauce
INGREDIENTS:
4 pork chops
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
DIRECTIONS: Preheat the oven to 200°C. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, mustard, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil. Brush the honey mustard mixture over both sides of the pork chops. Place the pork chops in a baking dish, and bake for 25-30 minutes.
