Chocolate Chips Cookies
Easy to Prepare Cookies
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 cup granulated sugar1 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS: Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until light. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the bowl and beat until well combined. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined. Stir in the chocolate chips. Prepare individual cookies size dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring.
