Chicken Stir Fry
Oriental Chicken
INGREDIENTS:
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced thinly
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp corn starch
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS: Heat the oil in a large pan or wok over high heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry until browned and cooked through. Add the onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, and garlic, and stir-fry until the vegetables are tender. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, brown sugar, and corn starch. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables, and stir-fry until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with Noodles.
