Chicken Parmesan
Chicken Italian Style
INGREDIENTS:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 cups marinara sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
DIRECTIONS: Preheat the oven to 200°C. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Coat each chicken breast in flour, shaking off any excess. Dip the chicken in the beaten eggs, then coat in the breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese mixture. Place the chicken in a baking dish, and pour the marinara sauce over it. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly..
