Beef Tacos
Spanish Beef Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1/2 cup water
Hard or soft taco shells
Shredded lettuce
Diced tomatoes
Shredded cheddar cheese
Sour cream
DIRECTIONS: Brown the ground beef in a large pan over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess fat. Add the taco seasoning and water to the pan, and stir to combine. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, until the sauce has thickened. Assemble the tacos by filling each shell with the beef mixture, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and a dollop of sour cream. Add hot sauce if desired.
